Hotel muy tranquilo, con encanto y en un barrio familiar y céntrico. Estuvimos una semana y disfrutamos de lecturas serenas en su patio, del magnífico servicio del personal del hotel ( desde recepción al personal de cocina en el desayuno) y del encanto del barrio, desde el parque a los restaurantes cercanos. La única pega es que en el desayuno no había productos sin lactosa ( ni leche, ni yogures...), y dado que es una intolerancia muy habitual sería bueno introducir alguno. Por lo demás, genial.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, frühstück im Innenhof, bei grossen Andrang war eine Person als Personal zu wenig. Leckere frühstückskomponenten. Ort ok. Straßenbahn hält um die Ecke oder man läuft ca 20 Min zur Altstadt und Fluss

Séjour correct à l’hôtel La Maison Bord’eaux. La localisation est sympa, le personnel était aimable, la literie de qualité. Seul bémol, qui clairement enlève deux étoiles à notre avis : une forte odeur d’égout venant de la salle de bain, présente dans toute la chambre. La personne de la réception qui nous a accompagnés dans notre chambre l’a forcément sentie en entrant. On ne restait qu’une nuit et on savait que c’était la dernière chambre disponible, donc on n’a pas voulu en faire toute une histoire et on a toléré, malgré la gêne réelle : toute une nuit avec une forte odeur d’égout dans la chambre, ce qui n’est vraiment pas agréable (et ce n’est pas la première fois : d’autres clients ont signalé exactement le même problème dans leurs avis Google ou tripadvisor).

Nous avons passé une nuit en chambre baignoire spa et terrasse. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter bordeaux, bien qu'un peu excentré. Les extérieurs de l'hôtel (patio) et le hall sont très beaux mais les chambres ne sont malheureusement pas a la hauteur du prix. Nous avons également eu la surprise d'avoir une invasion de fourmis dans la chambre. Rien de grave en soi, mais au vu du standing de l'hôtel, il aurait été appréciable de nous proposer une autre chambre, ce qui n'a pas été fait...dommage.

This was our first stay at La Maison Bord’eaux but will not be our last! The room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was AMAZING!! It was 104F during our visit and it was so nice to come back to our room to relax. The staff is very friendly. The parking garage (make sure to reserve when you book) is so easy to get into and out of. Lots of parking available! Boulangerie within easy walking distance. And so many other places close by as well. Highly recommend a stay here!

Chambres : Our room had a beautiful balcony with a view. The room was perfect - cool and spacious and absolutely spotless …

We've arrived to the hotel in the evening of a very hot day in Bordeaux. The temperature outside was 30 Centigrades but in the room it was 32C. We unpacked thinking that the aircondition was started only on our arrival but after a hr of work the temp. did not change. I've asked the reception if it can be fixed and she said they know for the problem but the managment instructed not to update the customers. Needless to say we've repacked and moved to another hotel.

They cancelled the reservation two days before the arrival due to technical issues in the room. They organized a room in a different hotel which was not comparable and expensive due to the short change. We booked a different hotel in the end but had to organize all ourselves

Très belle endroit

I spent two nights as part of a work trip for an academic conference. The hotel was a pleasant surprise in several ways. First the location. The old centre in Bordeaux is unlike anything I’ve seen, and the stone facades of the street of the hotel is part of it. Charming, quiet, evocative. (If you can, do stay at the city centre in Bordeaux.) The surrounding bistros are also exceptional. As for the room, it was newly decorated in an elegant “modern classic” style. The receptionists were helpful and a delight to speak to. And the hotel has a delightful patio with a fountain for breakfast or reading where I spent some time enjoying a book. All in all, a memorable time

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. We had an upgrade to our room, which was very comfortable and a very good temperature. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was good for us and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go to. The tram was also very close by.

We spent just one night (sadly) at the hotel. I never review hotels but the staff were so friendly, the bed so comfortable and the air conditioning was so good (much needed given it was a heatwave) I feel the need to say how great it was. There are bigger, fancier hotels, and there are cheaper more basic ones but this was the perfect mix for us.

Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Ruhig gelegen mit einem kleinen Innenhof. Sehr nette Leute an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum. Die Zimmer sind recht gut eingerichtet, leider mit sehr kleinem Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich.

Very please with our 7-nights at the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Breakfast was well prepared and very nice selection.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Maison and would gladly return. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt thoughtful and welcoming. We stayed in room 204, and every detail was well considered, from the excellent breakfast to the glass water bottles provided in the room. Iviana was especially helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable by assisting us with everything we needed. The location is another highlight: the hotel is set in a charming neighbourhood with coffee shops, brasseries, fine dining, grocery stores, and tram stops all within easy walking distance. Overall, this was a memorable and comfortable stay, and we would highly recommend it.

We vonden dit geen 4 sterren waard. Het ontbijt was goed maar niet wat je verwacht van een 4 sterren hotel. De kamer zijn niet gezellig, eerder zakelijk.

Un lugar para volver siempre. Todo impecable. Muy bien atendidos. El personal magnífico especialmente Isabel.
